“Let food be thy medicine, let medicine be thy food”.

The foundation stone of human health is nutrition. Meat which is not injected with growth promotors, antibiotics and chemical preservatives can provide a valuable source of so many of the minerals our bodies need.

We need to think carefully about our food, and the way in which it is produced. Over recent decades meat has become increasingly cheaper. This has been damaging for the welfare of the animal, the environment and ultimately our health.

Our aim is to provide safe, nutrient dense food which is affordable. By eating less meat, but carefully sourcing the meat that we do eat we can invest in our own and our family’s long-term health and wellbeing.
